Love Your Labor is a childbirth class designed with the mom-to-be and their partner in mind. It is a 2 hour, one-and-done virtual course that provides basic need-to-know information for the day of, how to push out a baby, how to breathe, how to protect your pelvic floor, and much more.
Statistically, we know that maternal and fetal outcomes are improved with continuous partner support during the labor and delivery process. Your partner will learn the need-to-know items to support mom through the experience.
Breathing & Pushing
Learn the basics of breathing during contractions and during the push phase to optimize pain management, power, and pelvic floor protection.
Pelvic Floor Protection
Learn who to protect your pelvic floor and reduce the risk of tearing through pelvic floor anatomy education, pelvic floor muscle control, relaxing the pelvic floor, and self-perineal mobilizations.
Labor & Push Positions
Review positions for laboring and pushing, as well as, postural modifications for various orthopedic pain conditions (i.e., how to labor with knee pain or pubic pain)
