Below is a list of conditions treated, services offered, and treatment techniques that are used at FIRE Physical Therapy to curate a customized care experience. 

Orthopedic Pain

Neck and back pain, sports-related injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, repetitive strain injuries, myofascial pain, headaches

Prenatal & Postpartum 

Pregnancy pain, baby/posture positioning, labor conditioning exercises, childbirth education, fourth-trimester preparation, postpartum return to exercise screenings, general postnatal care

TMJ Pain & Airway Function

TMJ pain, grinding/clenching (bruxism), intraoral mobilizations to improve efficacy oral appliances

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Pelvic pain, perineal pain, tailbone pain, pain with intercourse, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, men's pelvic health, erectile dysfunction, and constipation

Athletic Performance Optimization

Lifting form/mechanics, running form, improve overall power and stability. Barn site assessments are available to equestrians seeking to optimize their riding performance.

Post-operative Rehabilitation

Preparation for orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery

Referrals

Texas is currently a limited direct-access state for physical therapy treatment. This means that after 10 calendar days you will need to obtain a referral from one of the following providers: physician assistant, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, podiatrist (for foot/ankle problems), or a dentist (for oral/TMJ problems).

*Note: Wellness sessions do not require a referral

Billing

FIRE Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service practice that allows each session to be delegated by your specific needs rather than your insurance contract. Payment is due at the time of service, however, the necessary information to file to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided upon request.
